1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7pp7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at the domain 7pp7.io and all sub-domains thereof.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7pp7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 7pp7 platform that enables access to real-money gaming services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a player in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 7pp7 conducts to comply with responsible gaming obligations.
• "Funds" means real money deposited into and held within a player's 7pp7 account balance.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7pp7 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7pp7.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 7pp7 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7pp7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be adequately verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 7pp7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

7pp7 conducts identity verification in accordance with its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with the Platform — including, but not limited to, at the time of withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify 7pp7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team.

4.2 Account Accuracy

All information provided to 7pp7 must be truthful and up to date. If your personal details change, you are obliged to update your account information promptly. 7pp7 reserves the right to void any winnings or withhold withdrawals where account information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain one active account only. If 7pp7 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified through shared name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 7pp7 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and the processing of any pending transactions.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7pp7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Specific limits applicable to your account are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. 7pp7 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution. 7pp7 does not charge standard processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 7pp7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment cards are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.5 Fraud Prevention

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to fraud and anti-money laundering screening. 7pp7 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms. Where fraud is confirmed, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 7pp7 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time of each promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the individual terms applicable to each offer before accepting it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7pp7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; the use of low-risk hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; and the use of automated tools or bots to play through bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7pp7 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

7pp7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the 7pp7 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose random number generation software has been independently tested and certified for statistical integrity. 7pp7 does not alter or influence any game outcome.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, 7pp7 will endeavour to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a malfunction voids a game round, any stake placed on that round will be refunded to your account balance. Winnings generated from demonstrably malfunctioning games will not be honoured and are void. The decision of 7pp7 regarding malfunction outcomes is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7pp7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7pp7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 7pp7 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the 7pp7 platform without express prior written consent from 7pp7. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7pp7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

7pp7 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be secure from unauthorised access at all times. While we take all reasonable technical measures to ensure availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 7pp7's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Termination and Suspension

7pp7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

Upon account termination by 7pp7 for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances verified as legitimately obtained will be returned to the player following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and investigation procedures.

7pp7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of account closure where this does not conflict with an ongoing investigation or fraud-prevention obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or serious Terms violations, accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7pp7's customer support team may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the FAQ section of the Platform.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with 7pp7 informally in the first instance by contacting our support team at the email address listed in the Contact Information section of these Terms. 7pp7 will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concern within 14 business days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7pp7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 7pp7 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
